International Conference on Accounting, Business & Economics (ICABEC) is a conference organized by the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Development (FBESD), Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). The conference provides a platform for academics, researchers and practitioners around the world to share ideas and knowledge as well as promoting research in accounting, business and economics. Since it was first initiated in the year 2011, ICABEC continues to address the themes of discussions that meet the needs of the latest local and global business environment.
ICABEC is an excellent platform of thought, a place where knowledge, notions, and values can be developed and shared with a large degree of freedom, thus fostering a close understanding and rapport among academics, researchers and practitioners, especially pertaining to inculcating improvement, innovations, and new development for sustainable future. The conference provides insights and directions to relevant parties that can be translated into actions that can improve the corporate landscape, public sector service delivery, as well as the quality of life.
